BREED International Group for the past 15 years has assisted firms with securing contracts for commercial, public and federal government clients worldwide in the engineering, environmental and telecommunications arenas. The list of clients that include; Eagle Environmental Group, Prince & Associates, Crown Project Management, and several others. These contracts have ranged in value from $500,000 to $40 million. With relationships that stretch across continents and every state in the US, BREED can assist customers with establishing new accounts and contracts, as well as expanding existing relationships and accounts.

Our experience reflects and understands that in a small business there are one, or a few, people with a particular expertise. Typically they don't have the breadth of knowledge needed to manage the other aspects of the business. While this lack of expertise is not such a problem that it critically damages the business, it may impede the growth of the firm or limits its efficiency. We can not only provide that knowledge, we can help bridge these gaps. Most small businesses don't have the finances and/or the time for grand plans or 'pie in the sky' ideas that many large consultants are known for, so we provide "a hands on and practical approach.

Also, many small business owners are somewhat isolated, being the person where the buck stops, and have no one to discuss ideas or problems with on a consistent basis. Using these ideas as a typical profile, BREED International Group works with small businesses by concentrating on general management, mentoring and sales/marketing. Bobby Reed has a history of being an officer in a large corporate environment with a diverse expertise in sales and marketing, as well as program execution and overall business operations. His understanding of the unique differences between CAPEX and OPEX, and how to make a profit provides our clients with clear insight and valuable training. Being a key player of a large company provided Bobby with substantial grounding in; management principals, risk analysis and sales and marketing approaches.

The structure of our relationship can be very flexible. We can work on a project basis, provide a dedicated amount of time each month or share in the gain or cost savings of implemented ideas.
